The Leasing and Property Management Division of Horne Properties, Inc. is committed to servicing commercial and office developments. The strength of this Division is its continued monitoring and servicing of the retail industry to meet the special needs of local, regional and national retail tenants. Each tenant is assigned key individuals of the site-specific Leasing and Property Management Team to resolve any problems or issues that may arise during the lease term. A member of the Leasing and Property Management Team visits each location to ensure that the Properties are being maintained in first-class condition and that our tenants are pleased with our efforts.

Horne Properties Leasing and Property Management Division covers 25 states across the nation. Each team personally travels to each of its assigned locations becoming intimately familiar with each particular market. Our teams thoroughly research each assigned area through market studies, demographic surveys, municipal offices, utility companies, local media and retailers in order to provide the most up-to-date information to their tenant.
